Updates!

DKL, I've seen it at Costco, in a two-pack no less!

Also, it got some use this weekend. We had a large party and a bunch of kids ended up corralled into the toy room. Somebody dug this monstrosity out and played with it quite a bit. I almost felt badly for them...

I need to post a small update. While throwing out the packaging the other day I noticed that there is in fact a sheet of instructions wedged in there, with quick descriptions of all six games and mysterious hints about secret features. I have yet to have any further interaction with the object itself.

makakona,

He turns four in a few weeks. Since he isn't likely to read this I'll reveal that we got him a Buzz Lightyear outfit complete with wings. I spent today going back and forth to Radio Shack (aka Laser Store) buying parts for an arm mounted laser blaster. We now have a working laser buzzer with two working buttons that features a "super bright" LED and a somewhat annoying buzzer. Unfortunately it looks like a pipe bomb. Maybe I'll object review it next...

too bad it wasn't the evil superstore... they REALLY take anything back.

where'd you get the darth maul (my iphone just changed that to "earth mail") cube? is it a regular cube? i'm married to someone equally as nerdy (my oldest daughter's first word was "boba") and i think he'd be more content with eternity next to me if i gave him a "star wars" rubik's.

how old is the kid and what did you get him?

Too bad you didn't buy it at Costco. They return anything. Come to think of it, that's probably why Costco doesn't sell it.

Great post! I love the idea of an object review.
