I heard that too; I thought it was the choir director giving instructions to the choir. It was right after Pres. Hinckley’s talk, before the choir started singing.

I loved last night’s priesthood session. I’m in a bit of awe of our First Presidency. What a great blessing it is to have leaders like this in our church.

AS an intersting aside, we didn’t get thye first half because of satellite failure at the chapel, and my brother in law was super ticked at his parents because he’d just been grounded. I found it very interesting the president Hinckley so calmly and kindly decided to give a talk on Anger to my BIL tonight….

Dan, I agree that it was an amazing priesthood session. I’m not sure it was the best in a long time, because I can’t remember going to a priesthood session that wasn’t absolutely amazing.

This Priesthood session was the best I’ve been to in a long, long time. I thought Elder Clayton had a thoughtful treatment of pornography — it seemed to be lacking in the hysteria that can sometimes characterize those discussions. And Elder Eyring’s talk had a lot of the candor we love to hear in conference talks.
President Hinckley speaking on anger? Very interesting choice of topic.

Highlights from Priesthood session

-The session ends seven minutes early!
-D&C 121:45, now the official verse of pornography, is cited in three(3) different talks.
-President Monson’s impromptu post-talk story is the longest off the record comment I can remember hearing in General Conference.
-Shakespeare referenced in a prayer: the Elder giving the closing prayer refers to Priesthood members as “band of brotherhood”
