But then I got my second wind and didn't have a problem anymore. Once things get going with something like this, I find the worst thing you can do is sit down or stop. I helped with a move recently that resulted in multiple trips to the doctor. But it's a great feeling to come home exhausted and banged up from carrying heavy things up flights of stairs.
