An lds movie makers attempt to link modern time with BofM times. Some teenagers have a portal on the family farm that lets them pass back in time to the time of the Nephites and Gadianton robbers. The kids father gets captured and then years later they go back and rescue him and help warn the nephites of an attack. Marketed heavy in Utah, southern Idaho, and a few other areas that have a large enough Mormon population make it worth advertising.

The Chinese custom of giving a red envelope with money in it is a tradition I've seen practiced in my wife's family. I thought this story of a Chinese person using this kind of envelope to make a fast offering was a meaningful application of tradition in a gospel context.

I'm horrified by the Passage to Zarahemla ad that was just on. It was terrifying to my children. Who approves this crap? Someone should get fired at KSL.
