I don’t do a lot for Halloween but I very much enjoy seeing the creative things people come up with. |
I had a friend who made a jello dish using one of these molds: http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/cubegoodies/aa74/ This friend added a little milk to the jello mix to cloud it up a little bit and put gummy worms into it, then put some sweet fake blood on it. ‘Twas something to behold. This might be the best costume I’ve ever seen: http://www.ruethedayblog.com/2010/03/baby-alien-chest-explosion/ |
So far: $0. The price one pays for not having kids. |
3 – Newly Housewife – When we did not have kids, we spent quite a bit on candy and, somehow always bought much more than we could give out and it was always our favorite chocolates which meant we enjoyed the leftovers for a few weeks! |
Cute little pumpkins $8 Tons of candy because we have kids in the neighborhood now, although they don’t trick-or-treat anymore (and that I’m going to have to just hide from Bill because his cholesterol is high; although he does put it in his scriptures and hand it out to kids in the ward, who adore him): $hundreds :) |
