Millet took over that blog when he assumed duties as director of the Religious Studies Center at BYU. It was previously authored by Richard Holzapfel (former director of the RSC). It’s been listed in the MA for a little over 2 years now. |
Annegb, you are one of my favorite posters. |
Thank you, have-to-be-younger than me Old sister :)…..have you read anything Robert Millett has written? He gets it. He really does. You know, Christopher, I used to visit every single blog almost daily for the first few years. I was just in love with blogging. I still am but I don’t have the time or energy I did then. I’m missing so much. So much wisdom, so much heart. I’ll check out your blog before I go to bed tonight. |
I’m not worthy to post on your blog, Christopher, but you reminded me of something I was going to post about. |
Annegb, I like Robert Millett because I know he has had personal kid problems and I understand some of close extended family are inactive, but he has such confidence in his testimony and can make a point so clearly. In one of your posts you said you were quite ill. Is it getting better? |
I didn’t know that about him. Interesting. Context. I’m holding my own. I’m the kind of sick where I’m not gonna die, just wish I did. It’s a paregoric situation. Have you read Steadfast and Immoveable? Awesome book. |
I really enjoyed Steadfast and Immoveable, and I enjoy your blogging Annegb. |
I will get the book tomorrow. Do you mean paregoric in the sense of intestinal problems? If that is asking for too much information just ignore. |
I guess I mean as an unpleasant nuisance. :) I took Paregoric years ago and just picked up the phrase. Sometimes my metabolism gets out of whack and I feel like I’m dying, but I’m really going to make it LOL. A little vitamin D and I’m a whole new person. |
